It seems like houses are getting bigger and building lots are getting smaller. We recently went to a customers house and they had just poured a beautiful concrete patio and wanted a patio cover for the top of it. Unfortunately because of City set back requirements we were unable to build one of our Alumawood Patio Covers with post. Though our next option was to install a Retractable Fabric Awning. These beautiful awnings allow you the flexibility of having your patio shaded when you want it. They come in over 100 different color options. They have a motor with wind and sun sensors. We added a wind sensor to this awing because of the strong Idaho winds we get. This job turned out beautiful.
